Bray, company founder and principal, personally manages all projects.  She brings a depth and breadth of technical, management, and interpersonal skills, with the unique ability to move between management and technical roles, to communicate with all levels of management, employees and clients as business needs require.  She has practical insight and common sense based on experience and a solid understanding of business and technology.

  • 20+ years experience in all phases of the business life cycle, in both the small business and corporate environment.  Former AT&T district manager. 
  • Proven success staffing and managing culturally diverse organizations, including those who are geographically distant.  Experienced with out-sourcing, reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Hands-on experience with old, new and evolving technologies that support traditional business models and emerging opportunities.
  • Strong leadership ability. Maintains focus on goals and clear strategies for achieving those goals, explores innovative solutions and encourages appropriate risk-taking.
